Nagoya Port releases preliminary data showing that container throughput was up 4% in January

The Japanese Port of Nagoya is reporting to have handled 201,973 TEUs of foreign-trade containers in January 2026. This marked a 4% year-on-year increase in throughput in this segment and reflects the port’s first growth in two months.
