Libya update - vessels calls fall dramatically at Tripoli

According leading provider of global Shipping, Logistics and Marine services, GAC, a government spokesman in Tripoli stated on 26 March that prior to the conflict there was an average of 79 vessels calling at the harbour per day. This fell to 4-6 vessels after the conflict, and there have been no vessels calling at Tripoli harbour since the imposition of the no fly zone and reported blockade of government-controlled harbours by the international naval presence off the coast.
